Is there a cost to use Contract Link?
No. Our service is free for homeowners. Contractors compensate us for lead generation and client management.
How do you choose which contractor to send me?
We match based on:

Do you guarantee the work?
All work is completed by our vetted contractors. They each carry their own warranties, insurance, WSIB coverage, and quality guarantees — and we stand behind our network by ensuring any concerns are addressed quickly.
How do I request a service?
You can submit a project request through our website, email us, or contact us directly. We’ll gather details and match you with the best contractor for your project.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes. Contractors we match you with will provide full quotes or estimates depending on the scope.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made directly to the contractor. Deposits, milestones, and final payments depend on their terms. For small seasonal services (like gutter cleaning), we often collect via e-transfer for convenience.
Do you help manage long-term maintenance?
Yes! We offer seasonal reminders, checklists, guides, and recommended maintenance timelines to keep your home in great shape year-round.
Snow and Salt Maintenance
What does your Snow & Salt service include?
Our winter maintenance service includes full driveway and walkway clearing, salting for ice prevention, sidewalk treatments, hand-shoveling for tight areas, and optional porch/steps clearing. We monitor weather conditions in real-time and deploy service based on snowfall accumulation, temperature changes, and ice risk.
How do your “per-push” services work?
Per-push means we only come when you request service or when snow accumulation reaches a set trigger. You simply contact us, and we dispatch the closest available contractor. This is ideal for homeowners wanting flexibility without a seasonal contract.
What areas do you service for winter maintenance?
We currently service Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding regions. Additional areas may be available depending on contractor availability.
Do you offer seasonal contracts?
Yes. Seasonal contracts provide unlimited visits from December 1 to March 31, including snow clearing, salting, and safety checks during freeze/thaw cycles. Contract customers receive prioritized service.
How quickly can I expect service after snowfall?
Most per-push requests are completed within 2–6 hours depending on storm size. Contract clients are typically cleared first, followed by on-demand calls.
Can you help with ice control even if there is no snowfall?
Yes. If temperatures drop and ice forms, we can deploy salt-only services upon request or as needed for contract clients.
What equipment is used for snow removal?
Our partnered contractors use a mix of plow trucks, snowblowers, shovels, ice melt spreaders, and commercial-grade equipment for reliable, efficient service.
