Whatever format you have is fine — a PDF the contractor emailed you, a photo of a printed estimate, a screenshot of a text message, or even just typed-out scope and pricing. After you submit the form (or send an email), reply to our confirmation message with the file attached. If it's a multi-page quote, send all pages.

Within one business day on all inquiries. If you submit a message Monday morning, you'll typically hear back the same day. Friday afternoons may roll into Monday. For paid reviews, the 48-hour delivery clock starts once we have your quote document in hand.

Yes. Submit the form with "General question about a service or tier" as your reason for contacting, and tell us what you're working on. We'll reply with a tier recommendation, an honest read on whether Contract Link is the right fit for your situation, and a direct quote for the work — no pressure, no sales call.

Yes — getting to us before you have a quote in hand is often the smartest move. We can walk you through what a good quote should look like, what scope items to ask for, and how to compare contractors before you commit. Mention "I'm planning a project and want guidance before getting quotes" as your reason on the form.

Probably. The core service area is where most of our work happens because that's where our regional pricing knowledge is sharpest — but every review is delivered remotely, so geography doesn't change turnaround. For homeowners elsewhere in Ontario, reach out and we'll let you know honestly whether your project is a good fit.

Yes. Your project details, the contractor's name, and any documents you send us stay between you and Contract Link. We never share your information with a contractor, and the contractor never finds out you used us unless you choose to tell them. If your situation requires a written NDA, mention it in your message and we'll sign one before any documents change hands.
