How is the risk score calculated?
The score runs on our Master Risk Engine across seven weighted categories: scope completeness, pricing transparency, materials specificity, labor terms, warranty coverage, contractor credibility signals, and liability protection. The final score reflects the actual risk profile of the document — not a generic checklist.
What if I want to upgrade to Tier 3 (Broker-Assisted) after I read the report?
Your $197 is credited in full toward the $397 Broker-Assisted Review. Reply to your delivery email and we'll walk you through the transition — no need to repurchase or restart.
